The study sees the memories and the process of practicing memories of North Korea’s bureaucrats experienced in ‘the march of ordeal’ and has been deployed the collision process between ‘ruling space’ and ‘resistant space’. To do this, the three aspects of ‘memory - space - everyday life’ have been studied in a theoretical approach. And to what extent the practice of memory and variant of its space of North Korea’s bureaucrats influenced on the North Korea society has been analyzed.
What North Korea’s bureaucrats and their conduct have to do with system transformation was also tracked. As analyzing the system change of the North Korea society, microscopic change of everyday life must be simultaneously deployed as important as macroscopic change. Thus the tendency of the system transformation and its specificity can be captured in the linkage of macro- and microscopic aspects.
Three interrelated aspects between everyday life change of North Korea’s bureaucrats and system transformation are, 1) level of proliferation of resistant space in the ruling space, 2) speed of activation and tactical diversity by the accumulation of new memory from the attitude of obedience to his country in the past, 3) level of complexity and change in the newly formed network of relationships and cultural ties in everyday life.
