This study deducted implications which can be applicable in the country through analysis of the characteristics of multi-family housing management system in Japan, role of the public and current conditions of multi-family housing administration centers, and the results are as follows. 1) Japanese government promotes to optimize multi-family housing management by implementing a registration system of multi-family housing managers based on the law of promoting to optimize multi-family housing management. 2) Japan respects the principle of private autonomy as for multi-family housing management considering individualistic consciousness of housing but it applies the principle of sharing expenditure of users through thorough fee-charging system. 3) Multi-family housing management centers play a role of supporting the management association to manage mansions for themselves in the fields. It can be interpreted as an intention for enabling the management association to construct the best management system.
