"Coexistence between national identity and nomadic identity in the Korean diaspora" has a very big possibility in the network age today. Overseas Koreans are constantly dreaming of returning home. At the same time, they tell their fortune of the possibility for the success as a cosmopolitan and move without the end. "national identity ⇔ identity as a person of fixed country(society) ⇔ identity as a global person" is necessary to be recognized as a "sufficient utility resource" from more positive view. In this respect, the resource is the possibility of Korean diaspora which can take into action as a cultural intermediary on the global level.
In this case, above all, the definite goal will lead it is expansive reproduction of cultural contents through cultural networks. This helps have more expansive emergence through the openness and interaction of networks by transmitting or interchanging globally, and at last seek after cultural diversity in the multi-cultural society. The common purpose of human beings whose local creative ability is in use will be achieved.
In this case, the most essential problem is the realm of mutual recognition which can understand the characters of the culture that wants to make contact mutually as a network in a practical "mutual respect". Especially, the major premise that "geo-governance mechanism" has to regulate the total network as "soft block" formed in each locality is needed. Here, governance mechanism does not refer to the system such as national faith or racial understanding but the unsystematic system that consists horizontally of individual properties.
This network is being formed by each local spontaneous, independent and organic operation through the cross and horizontal intersection and has a fractal organization that moves with its own life in huge network. It makes a new organization by moving constantly and has the strong solidarity undivided. This is the possibility of network that forms the fractal organization by expanding the cultural diversity.
