Recently increasing energy consumption and concern of environment-friendly architecture, to decrease energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission leads to establish the green building rating system all over the world. For example, LEED of the United States, BREEAM of the United Kingdom and CASBEE of Japan, The paper concentrating on LEED compares LEED 2009 with LEED 2005 in energy standard and analyze the method to conserve the energy consumption by energy simulation of DOE. The analysis indicates that the criteria for the former is much stricter than those for the latter and energy saving and saving rate of energy consumption and cost is round 3.3%.
