This study analyzes the particularity of the China"s social welfare system, discussed in the direction of policy the welfare of poor women, Who was put in a blind spot of the social welfare benefits. From a planned economy to social market economy, transition to a whole nation responsible for the welfare, divided social welfare responsibility depending on the Nation, Institutions. Personal. And urban and rural economy disproportionate, is to be issues of social unrest in China, is to be solved.
In the course of this transition, so far the Chinese government for the welfare of the poverty women to be insufficient support for the problems. Most of the low level of education poverty women, stay was non-regular worker to a market economy.
The Chinese government to the welfare of rural women and poverty women were prepared to offer a policy in 2011.7.30. Objections to the realization the following: 1. Strengthening women"s vocational education and business incubation and support 2. Welfare for poor women stay in the square provided social insurance programs 3. Alleviate the burden of housing problems and child education, for poverty women should be strengthened.
