The effects D-ribose supplementation could act the teenager-male’s anaerobic capacity and blood fatigue, this research examined the changes of blood fatigue substance and anaerobic capacity according to supplementation D-ribose or not. For the data analysis of two-way repeated measures ANOVA was used to analyze the interaction effects on blood fatigue substance such as lactate, ammonia, phosphate according to a group and measurement periods and the other way was paired t-test which was used for finding the difference among groups during the Wingate test according to supplementation D-ribose. The results are as follows. 1. During the Wingate test for maximum power, average power and minimum power, there were not signicantly different of D-ribose group than the other group(p>.05). 2. Blood fatigue substance, lactate, ammonia and phosphate were not signicantly different of D-ribose group than the other group(p>.05), but there were significantly from just after Wingate test(p<.001). Therefore, It is not enough to conclude that D-ribose supplementation can act on raising high intensity exercise ability in short term, as a result it can reducing accumulation of blood fatigue substance.
