Each leaders in sports for all has his(her) own personal needs and expectation, so we need to analyze their specific career in order that the current in-service program fulfills its role(Han, 1998). To make a plan a particular in-service program, we should consider their career development as well as the needs and concerns of individual leaders in sports for all. The purpose of this study is to provide basic information to the criteria and ranges in selecting the contents of program by analyzing the leader`s concerns, the degree of their concerns, and the difference of their concerns depending on the leaders` background. The results indicated as follows : the first, it showed that most leaders in spots for all were particularly interested in the develreal in the order named. To put it concretely, they were concerned about leadership, the style of leader, knowledge, class management, interaction, and collection for information. The second, the analysis of leaders` career showed that there were a significant differences in developmental stages by ages. These indicated that age factor should be considered in planing the development of program. According to the analysis of career, there were significant effects on the survival and the renewal stages. Ire general, the more the leader has experience, the more various they concerns. Also, the degree of the concern tended to be higher as the leaders` education were high.
