The purpose of this study was to examine responses of resistance exercise intensity on the EPOC and the responses of lactate, FFA and catecholamine. It is analyzed in comparison of changing energy metabolism substrate, hormone density which related fatness metabolism and standard of practical use of oxygen that is classified by point of resistance exercise intensity(resting 30 min, during exercise, recovery 30 min), subjected to fifteen people in female. The results were as follows. There was Signigicant differences in EPOC on the side of exercise intensity. Catecholamine was generally high immediately after exercise in epinephrine and norepinephrine. However, the conflicting results showed, because epinephrine was high at 80%1RM (immediately after exercise), but norepinephrine was high at 40%1RM (immediately after exercise). FFA was lowered in both recovering regardless of exercise intensity, and lactate was the highest immediately after exercise regardless of exercise intensity. In the future, there will be need a study about the metabolic adaptation effect of long-term training according to segmentalized resistance exercise intensity to determine the clear effects of exercise.
