This study is aimed at analyzing the reaction between the interrelation of 100m running record and reaction times. The subjects of this study, are certain middle school male students in Cheongju city. I selected 10 students who are within 14sec. of the 100m recording and 10students who are over 18 sec. away from the 100m recording. In this study, I used Han, Cheon-Suck`s way electronic fluorescen plate eye test chart for static eyesight. And I measured left side eye, right side eye, and both eyes` eyesight. I used the whole body reaction measuring instrument(YB-IA model, Yagami co. Japan) for reaction time. I measured three times after each twice exercise and recorded the middle share for measuring of reaction time and I calculated each mean. Like this, I analyzed data which selected the measuring of reaction time by SPSS 10.0 and EXCEL 2000. And the concrete process of data dealing is as follows. For the interrelation of 100m running record and reaction time, I showed dot graph and enforced the interrelation analysis and recurrence analysis. To see the difference of reaction time according to the superior group (100m within 14sec.) and inferior group(100m over 18sec.). I calculated each group`s mean and standard deviation and I enforced the t-inspection which is based on this. Also I showed relation of reaction time and group by graph. Through the above process, I made such as conclusion. 1. In the 100m running record, simple reaction time of superior group showed fast than inferior group. It is that shows superior group`s mean is 254.40msec. and inferior group`s mean 333.20msec. 2. In the reaction time of the second selection, the 100m running record of superior group showed fast than inferior group. Those showed that the mean of superior group was 313.70msec. and the mean of inferior group was 364.60msec. 3. In the reaction time of the third selection, the 100m running record of superior group showed fast than inferior group. Those showed that the mean of superior group was 374.10msec., and the mean of inferior group was 417.70msec. 4. There was statistcially correlated between reaction time and 100m running record.. From the results mentioned above, I can identified that the superior group of 100m running record was faster in simple reaction time, the reaction time of second and third. But I could not identify the why of the results. This demands continually additional analysis.
