The purpose of this study was to analyze performance and serum lipid level of obesity student for pre·post and recovery during gradual load exercise. 13-14 aged student were studied : obesity group(10), general group(10). The underwent bicycle ergometer exercise. Blood samples were obtained at pre·post(exercise) and recovery for analyzing serum lipids(T.C, TG, HDL-C). Body composition test was analyzer to %Fat, FBW, LBW, body fluid by biodynamic. Heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP), MVO_2, VO_2 were measured at test and every two minutes during exercise. MVO_2 was calculated by the product of HR and SBP. This data was analyzed by t-test between each groups. The conclusion of the study was as follows : 1. Heart rate and systolic blood pressure were found significant differences during exercise and recovery in each group(p<.05, p<.01). 2. VO_2 during exercise were found significant differences(P<.05), MVO_2 were found significant differences during exercise and recovery in each group 3. Total cholesterol were found significant differences during pre-post and recover. Triglycerides were found significant differences during pre-post, But HDL-C level were not significantly differences between each group Especially, when obesity group showed highest in the double product with exercise of the same intensity, they lowest in the SBP, HR, MVO_2., T.C, T.G, T.C level show the lowest with respiratory capacity. The results of these parameters show lowest improvement of the energy metabolism then general group, therfore, the exercise prescription of obesity willa recommended to do regular exercise of low intensity.
