The purpose of this study was to evaluate the suitability and validity of the behavior inhibition measurement of the student without disabilities participating in inclusive physical education. Convenience sampling was used to select 670 (310 male, 360 female; 397 1 grade, 273 2grade) people as a study sample the student without disabilities participating in inclusive physical education in Korea. The survey questionnaires for this study, designed based on the survey used in Choi’s study(2008), are revised and complemented to fit the purpose of this study. The collected data were analyzed exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis using PASW Statistics 18.0 version and AMOS 20.0 version. The results are as follows. First, 22 questions are drawn : 7 questions on “Lack of self-efficacy”, 7 questions on “Lack of class structure”, 4 questions on “Teacher’s negative attitude”, and 4 questions on “Punishment”. Second, according to the results from the discriminant validity analysis of intensity validity (SME, CR, AVE), and discriminant validity, the finalized version of the revised and complemented measurement model of behavior inhibition measurement in this study satisfies the intensity validity and discriminant validity.
