The purpose of this study is to analyze impact of mindfulness, academic resilience and attribution on learned helplessness and moderating effect of academic achievement. The data analyzed in this study is a survey data of 704 high school students in P and I city during from July 10 to July 18, in 2014. Collected data were analyzed SPSS v20 and Amos v20. Major findings are follows. First, mindfulness, academic resilience and attribution were found to have a direct impact on learned helplessness. A total 54% of variance in the learned helplessness was accounted for by impact of mindfulness, academic resilience and attribution. Second, The impact of mindfulness, academic resilience and attribution on learned helplessness was greater, when the level of academic achievement was high, compared to when it was low. In addition, when the level of academic achievement was high, the learned helplessness was accounted for by impact of mindfulness, academic resilience and attribution. But when the level of academic achievement was low, the learned helplessness was accounted for by impact of mindfulness, academic resilience.
