The purpose of this study is to closely examine relationship of Taekwondo instructor’s professional consciousness with job satisfaction and turnover intention. To achieve this objective, the subjects were established targeting 210 Taekwondo instructors of working at Taekwondo gymnasiums that were formally registered in the Seoul Metropolis Taekwondo Association as of 2013. A sampling method was used convenience sampling. 204 people were finally extracted and analyzed. A survey tool was used questionnaire. The collected data were carried out Multiple Regression Analysis, and Path Analysis by using 18.0 version for SPSS/PC WINDOW. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. First, Taekwondo instructor’s professional consciousness was indicated to have partial influence upon job satisfaction. Second, Taekwondo instructor’s professional consciousness was indicated to have partial influence upon turnover intention. Third, Taekwondo instructor’s job satisfaction was indicated to have partial influence upon turnover intention. Finally, Taekwondo instructor’s professional consciousness was indicated to have causality with job satisfaction and turnover intention.
