The purpose of this survey was to investigate the motivated factors and subjective symptoms of smoking on physical organ for preventing smoking in high school students. 732 respondants were selected from high schools for its data to be obtained with the questionnaires which the motivated factors consisted of individual characteristics, financial ability in family, family made, attitude & knowledge on smoking, general attitude and education of non-smoking and subjective symptoms' variables were respiratory, cardiovascular, respiratory, skeletal-muscle, urinary, nervous digestive system The statistical techniques were factors analysis and one-way ANOVA with the Post Hoc of the method LSD, the result as follows, It was for the associated factors of smoking to the cumulative variance 62.11% to show 3 significant factorial structure, which factor I (25.04%) was attitude & general attitude, factor II(21.21%) individual characteristics, financial ability in family & family mode, factor III knowledge on smoking 8: education of non-smoking on smoking. On the subjective symptoms of smoking, it was statistically significant in respiratory, digestive, urinary, and skeletal-musletal system between smoker & experienced smoker and non-smoker group, but not cardiovascular and nervous system
