The purpose of this study is to draw up the plans for activation of Employee Sports Program. For this, we looked into the present conditions of the basic need, such as facilities, organizations, leaders, and programs of Employee Sports Program. The major findings were as follows. 1) To expand the employee sports facilities in workplaces First, it is necessary that top managers should recognize the need of employee sports facilities in workplaces. Second, the establishment criterion and the standard model of these facilities must be presented. Third, the selection, reward and publicity of superior employee sports facilities in workplaces are necessary. It is important that the system of various support should be founded. Fourth, the administrative reinforcement of the related laws and regulations must be made. 2) To increase the activities of employee sports organizations, the government should support the finance for the facilities of sports for all. And the government should reduce and exempt taxes of these facilities. Besides, the related laws and regulations should be enforced and the obedience of these laws and regulations should be reinforced. Through these efforts, the role and function of the promotion association in employee sports program will be strengthened and the basic conditions for the association of liked- minded persons will be improved. 3) For the practical application of employee sports program leaders, the DB construction of leader resources bank will be made each workplace select appropriate leaders. Through the DB construction, the cooperation with the leader training institution is expected. Also, in case the workplace requires the training of leaders, the development of leader training program will be alternative. 4) To vary the programs of employee sports program, the construction of the employee sports organization should be completed first The organization must be composed of members accepting opinions from both employees and employers. The establishment of the responsible department and the application of specialized leaders must be considered. Also, the establishment of the cooperation with the related sports for all institution is necessary. As a result, each workplace will be served proper and desirable sports program. This will make community sports program vitalized.
