The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the attendance changes and profit structures in Korean Professional Baseball. This paper also explored the reasons why korean professional Baseball League has been unable to establish itself as a profit organization. The suggestion is made that the attendance change, limited support by commercial television stations and industry have contributed to the issue. The background and current situation are analysed and future recommendations made. The paper attempt to discuss factors contributing to the circumstances and endeavour to imply possible solutions. The research based on literature review and official data offered by Korean Baseball Organization. The statistical techniques used for the analyzed of relationship between attendance change and city population, stadium capacity were pearson`s correlation. The results of this study were as follow: 1. The most important factors related to attendance record were city population and stadium capacity. 2. In average attendance, the leading teams were as follow LG, Lotte, Doosan, Samsung etc. 3. LG, Doosan, Lotte which has big city franchise were taking advantage and benefit getting attendance easily.
