The purpose of this study were to analyze motivation and satisfaction factors of paragliding club members, to find the differences of motivation and satisfaction according to sex, age, marriage, and income, and to analyze the relationship of motivation and satisfaction. The sample of this study were 274 paragliding school members. The survey questionnaires were used to data. The questionnaires for motivation and satisfaction were `Leisure Motivation Scale(LMS)` and `Leisure Satisfaction Scale(LSS)` developed by Ragheb and Beard(1983; 1980). The statistical methods used in this study were independent t-test, F-test, multiple regression. The program used for statistical analysis was SPSS(Version 10.0). The following conclusions are based on the results of this study. The conclusions include: 1. The motivation of paragliding club members were relaxing, physical, social, intellectual, prideful, progressive factors, and satisfaction of paragliding club members were physical-psychological, social, and environmental factors. 2. The relaxing, intellectual, progressive factors of 20`s and 30`s were higher than those of 40`s, and the relaxing and intellectual factors of the unmarried were higher than those of the married in the motivation. The physical-psychological, social factors of the unmarried were higher than those of the married in the satisfaction. 3. The motivation of relaxing, physical, social, intellectual, prideful factors was significantly related with the satisfaction of physical-psychological and social factors.
