The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between polymorphism of ACE gene and Apolipoprotein A, Apolipoprotein B. In order to perform this study, 39 healthy adults were grouped by their ACE gene, which are DD, ID and Ⅱ types, and performed maximal exercise. By observing Apo A, Apo B values at pre, post and recovery 30 minute, the adjustment effect of exercise can be studied. These results, therefore, can present the basis to the field of exercise prescription and exercise physiology. Each gene groups which were grouped by ACE gene polymorphism performed maximal exercise and their values of Apolipoprotein A, Apolipoprotein B were compared by two factors, genotype and time. Based on the results of blood analysis, ANOVA with repeated measures was performed and the major results are as follows. 1) In Apo A, there was a significant difference only among times. Post-hoc analysis said that the values of Apo A showed high in post, recovery and pre exercise in order and they were all significantly different each other. 2) In Apo B, there was a significant difference only among times. Post-hoc analysis said that the values of Apo B showed high in post, recovery and pre exercise in order and the value of post exercise were significantly different from that of the rest of times. As a result of this conclusion, DD genotype showed different Apo A, Apo B as times went when compared the rest of genotype.
