The main purpose of this research is explore the social statistics characteristics of the motor racing web-community members and viewing attendance attraction factors of motor racing sports situation in Korea between USA cultural system. The 1269 subjects of korea and 1167 subjects of america are random selected for gathering dada. The sampling proceed about several thousand of people visited Yong-In Everland Speedway to see motor race and 6 times of series game held from several race championship in 2006-2007 korea. Also the sampling proceed about several thousand of people visited San Jose, Las vegas, Long Beach to see motor race and 4 times of series game held from several Champcar World championship in 2006-2007, america. And the measurement tool use open-ended questionaries. The results of social demographical questionaries show that most spectators are men, 20-30age, single, student in Korea. But most equal level of frequency was revealed in USA. Also the result of deep explore questionaries show that almost spectators gained detail information about motor racing over the internet in Korea, USA. And the most spectators in USA enjoy motor racing game with their family but Almost Korean spectators attend motor racing game with their friend or lover. The result of attendance attraction factors in motor racing sports are divided five factor(psychological section, social section, attractiveness section, inner game section and outer game section and presented. First, the result of psychological section show that the "stress blow off" factor reveal most high level frequency in both group(Korea, USA). Second, the results of social section show that most factors reveal level frequency in both group. Third, the result of attractiveness section show that most factors reveal level frequency in both group also. Fourth, the result of inner game section show that the "racing car" factor reveal most high level frequency in Korea. Finally, the result of outer game section show that the "racing girl" factor reveal most high level frequency in Korea.
