The purpose of this study was to all ski resorts are operating in Korea for the satisfaction of the customer`s perceived service quality by analyzing the results based on an integrated model of service quality provided to the ski resort and it is based on the basic foundation of the theory is. To this end, the entire domestic ski areas separated by the three investigations were conducted. To achieve these objectives by the target sample of 2,000 investigations were conducted. Analysis was used to spss12.0 and amos 5.0. The results can be summarized as follows. First, All ski resorts of domestic service quality affect satisfaction of the passengers were able to see that. Second, All ski resorts of the service quality of domestic passengers to contact the repurchase influence could know. Third, Ski Resorts in domestic passenger satisfaction of repurchase to the inquiries could affect the notice. We are running the service quality and related research for the purpose of generalization rather than a diagnosis based on the current services of the future strategy to develop services based main purpose is to run the research is considered more desirable.
