This study conducted a questionnaire survey to examine physical self-concept associated with participation types and participation satisfaction of sports for all in disabled participants. The purpose of this study was to investigate methods to improve disabled people`s participation in sports for all and suggest effective methods to encourage and revitalize their program participation. The participants of this study were 155 disabled people who participated in sports for all programs(bowling, swimming, and badminton) organized by the welfare center for the disabled and sport facilities. The following results were obtained. The disabled people participating in sports for all showed higher physical self-concept with higher participation career; higher participation satisfaction with lower participation career, and higher physical self-concept and participation satisfaction with higher participation frequency per week. For the participation motivation, health was related with higher physical self-concept and new challenge was related with higher exercise confidence and self-esteem through participating in sports for all. However, the revitalization and coach satisfaction of sports for all programs for the disabled showed lower response. It is recommended that disabled people associations and related organizations should improve their programs and coach training. Furthermore, sports for all facilities only for the disabled should be established for their easy access and the methods to improve public`s bias against the disabled should be explored.
