The purpose of this study is to determine the marine facilities in kyeogin area that Ocean sports participation and the effect to local resident`s life, Jeongok Marina, Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province was chosen as research district. The period of time for this research was from June to Augustin 2009, and conducted the survey to a participants who took a day special lecture from July1st to August 23rd. First, the Ocean sports participants in Kyeongin area showed result of high rate in awareness that woman in gender, young people in age, and high monthly income earner. Also, over graduates grad school and government employee were high in education background and occupation. Second, the differences of participation motive showed that man was high in gender, but rest of factors are same as the awareness on above. Third, the differences of inconvenience factor showed a high rate that woman in gender, in the higher age and income, college graduates in education background, students in occupation. According to a result, the relation between the factors (awareness, participation motive, inconvenience) and satisfaction has a correlation as follows; the awareness and participation motive are positive correlation. Fourth, the effect making satisfaction of awareness about Ocean sport was its facilities, coaches and equipments. The satisfaction for participation motive was facilities, program, coaches, environment and equipments. Inconvenience factor concerned by facility satisfaction.
