In this paper, we show influences of bicycle exercise participative motivation to leisure immersion and psychological happiness. For this study, 197 senior citizens were organized as a sample group, who are older than 60 and currently playing bicycles personally or as a club member at ChunCheon GangWonDo, Seoul, or KyungGiDo. As a result, firstly, some of sub factors of the participative motivation, inner motivation (β=.365, p<.01) and outer motivation (β=.207, p<.01), are statistically and positively effective to leisure cognition immersion. Secondly, the inner motivation of the participative motivation is statistically and positively effective to subfactors of psychological happiness, sense of accomplishment (β=.179, p<.05) and satisfaction (β=.171, p<.05). Thirdly, the leisure cognition immersion is statistically and positively effective to subfactors of psychological happiness, sense of accomplishment (β=.217, p<.05) and satisfaction (β=.232, p<.05).
