The Keyword of human development in the 19<SUP>th</SUP> century was industrial revolution and its origin stems from steam power. The stem power engine invented in England using steam brought big change of social development New type of ships, trains equipped with steam power engine were introduced. These new transportation tool waked innovation of speed and communication methods in human life. In the 20<SUP>th</SUP> century, the keyword of human development was information revolution, of which the source of revolution was the connection through internet. Enormous flow of information around the globe broke the walls of geological barrier, then the global community has appeared in human society. This new Information communication Tool completely changed the scope and speed of human thinking. Then, the keyword of 21<SUP>st</SUP> century is the convergence revolution. Its major locomotive is the fusion of science and art. The STEAM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) education based upon coowork in between science and art at schools will make the flexibility in creative mind and fluent communication. It surely bring forth new vision of human life. This article discussed the steam power in the case of 19<SUP>th</SUP> century case study of England. The future study will be the bonding analysis of science and art in various cases alonf with their relationship explorations.
