The purpose of this study was to restore and construct the lost two revisions(the seventeenth revision on February 18 in 1991 and the nineteenth revision on May 28 in 1992) for competition rules of KTA(Korea Taekwondo Association).
Through this study, the following conclusion were drawn;
Any reference to be found during several months, I was found at printing office to the seventeenth revision on February 18 in 1991 and at quarterly magazine of Taekwondo the nineteenth revision on May 28 in 1992 for competition rules of KTA.
First, the contents of seventeenth revision on February 18 in 1991 for competition rules of KTA were created a lose time article about stop and start of game time of referee by obstacle factor to match. Also, it was created the 31 hand signal of referee for game operation to be unity and consistency.
Second, the contents of nineteenth revision on May 28 in 1992 for competition rules of KTA were revise the accepted technique of eleventh article and the score of twelve article. This is revised for expand to score part. Through this revision, KTA was revise for dispel to judgement dispute and induce to many score and a bold attack.
Therefore this two revisions was the conclusion for realization and simplification on competition rules of Taekwondo because KTA was cognize good to simple and clear on competition rules.
