The purpose of this study examined the analysis of Relationship among High school Cyclists Career Barrier, Stress and Self-Efficacy on Career Planning, The data were collected with purposive sampling from 217 of Highschool Cyclists. After excluding 19 data because partial part of the survey was missing or insincere responses were included, this study analyzed 194 data with SPSSWIN 18.0 through descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, concerning the effects career barriers have on the stress highschool cyclists suffer, dissatisfaction with their coaches’ abilities had positive effects on lack of interest and personal relations but had negative effects on financial difficulties. Worries about future careers had positive effects on lack of information and personal relations. Dissatisfaction with their performance had a positive effect on personal relations in the aspect of a particular factor. Second, concerning the effects career barriers have on the self-efficacy on future careers, job information had negative effects on lack of information and financial difficulties, Problem solution had positive effects on lack of interests and personal relations, but had negative effects on lack of information, Future plans hadn’t any effect on lack of information, physical inferiority, lack of interests, personal relations or financial difficulties, Third, concerning the effects the stress they receive have on self-efficacy on future career, job information had positive effects on function and dissatisfaction with their performance on the game, but had negative effects on worries about future career and had no effect on problem solving. Also it was revealed that future plans had negative effects on worries about future careers.
