The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the change in environment of hotel management and business performance which employees recognize from the perspective of internal marketing. As the result of analysis empirical study, changes in environment had significantly positive (+) effect on financial performance of hypothesis 1 with diversification of customers, product development power and marketing ability while product development power had negative (-). This can be assumed to be caused by cost increase due to product development. Changes in environment which had effect on non-financial performance of hypothesis 2 were change of product and intensifying competition. Change of product proved to have significantly positive (+) effect on non-financial performance. In detailed analysis, product development power and intensifying competition had significantly negative (-) effect on financial performance and non-financial performance respectively. This can be interpreted that the recognition that financial performance of the Food and Beverage Department of a hotel with high product development power has been lowered is due partly to cost increase from product development; intensifying competition is seen by internal members as having negative effect on non-financial performance of hotel corporations. This study has different meaning from preceding studies in that it measured change in management environment and management performance which employees recognize and can present implications on directions of decision-making and solution-finding by the management.
