1. 《연변조선족자치주 조선어문사업조례》(이하《조례》로 략칭)를 제정하여 조선어문사업을 법적으로 추진하였다
2. 조선어문사업기구를 설립하고 정부적인 차원에서 조선어문사업을 강력히 추진하였다
3. 규범화를 강화하여 량호한 언어문자환경을 만들었다
4. 민생과 사회를 위한 봉사에 모를 박고 번역업무를 활발하게 벌렸다
5. 조선족교육사업에서 괄목할만한 성과를 이룩하였다
6. 조선문보도출판 산업화발전을 특색있게 추진하였다
7. 조선어방송프로의 질을 부단히 높였다
8. 조선족문화예술창작이 어려움속에서도 생명력을 잃지 않고 있다
9. “조선언어문자의 날”을 만들었다
