The Purpose of this study is to identify factors that facilitates knowledge sharing among hotel employees and further examine their relationships with the employees’ innovative behavior, thus providing a benchmark for future knowledge management in the hotel industry. Based on prior research, this study proposed 7 hypotheses that illustrate interrelationships between top management support, information technology, compensation, organizational culture, knowledge sharing, service innovation behavior, and organizational commitment. The results show that top management support, compensation, organizational culture have significant positive effects on knowledge sharing, while information Technology has a significant negative effect on knowledge sharing. Additionally, knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on service innovation behavior and organization commitment.; service innovation behavior has a significant positive effect on organization commitment. To conclude, top management should provide appropriate financial support like compensation and fair assessment to create a work environment that encourages knowledge sharing among their employees.
