Through this research, we are defining the differences of the learning attitude and department Identity the students of the tourism departments are experiencing by wearing the uniforms which reflect the characteristics of the department. Thus, we are attempting to provide the basic information that will help to maximize the benefits of the stakeholders. Also, through this research that will change the perspective in terms of marketing, we hope to help in providing the education where the students’ opinions are reflected, which will help the students to enhance the employment competitiveness. To achieve the purpose of this research, we divided the two departments of tourism into two different groups, A(twice a week) and B(four times a week) and IPA was used. The results show: (1) by wearing the department uniform, the achievements in professionalism and image-making have increased; (2) wearing the uniform of flight service department decreases the achievements in professionalism and image-making and (3) from the results of IPA, it can be inferred that what needs to be improved are: 11. Pretty and comfortable smile; 12. Constant bright facial expression; 15. Use of standard language and 16. Nice voice. As the results of the analysis of the tourism college, the external identity response was positive, but self-identity, negative. Identity, it was analyzed that the most improve-lacking part is the positiveness in the college life and their self-esteem.
