The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship in achievement goal orientation, self-resilience and self-confidence based on the badminton national team player.
The subject who participated in this study were selected for the youth team and junior team of the department for the current player Badminton Association in 2013 was the players who participated in the summer training. The data was analyzed frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis by using SPSS 18.0 and the AMOS 18.0. The results of this study are as follows.
First, structural equation modeling analysis result, achievement goal orientation was having a positive(+) effect on the ego-resilience, but achievement goal orientation wasn"t having a positive(+) effect on the self-confidence. Second, ego-resilience was identified to be a mediating variable of the complete mediation effect for relationship between achievement goal orientation and self-confidence. Third, considering the results of this study on the basis, ego-resilience is expected to be important factors in performance enhancement and psychological strengthening of badminton player.
