Intelligent Tutoring System(ITS) is a system introduced an artificial intelligence techniques to overcome the limitations of computer-assisted learning by supporting dynamic flexibility training conditions in the current situation of the learner. However, the existing system of ITS are providing standardized learning contents without taking into account the characteristic of learners, learner level, etc. which is important factors in improving academic achievement. Because of this, it is difficult to effective learning, course schedules to fit the learning goals of the learner. There are so adaptable problems cannot be dynamically provided. In this paper, we propose a learning recommendation system using ITS based knowledge which provides study materials and dynamic learning course matching each learner’s level and characteristics as adaptive methods. The proposed system for the characterization of learner self-test module, learning ability to understand the objectivity that the level of learning elements per learner evaluation module, study recommended modules for the learning objectives, a dynamic learning course scheduling module considers the learning situation offer.
