Report Errors
The purpose of this study was to analyze plans of apartments to vitalize community of residents. Modern apartments complex has own community centers in the complex. community facilities are mostly located in the center of complex. It hiders vitalizations of community. also, lower space of apartments have potentiality to meet someone or occur events. However, in many cases, this potentiality of event spaces is neglected. residents are unwilling to dwelling ground floor or first floor because of its environmental factors. And this spaces have bad conditions for dwelling. Installed small community facilities Lower space of apartments substrate social space to improve relationship.
