Locality is "being created" within the relation of unstable entities. Therefore, the is an ever present risk of locality being justified with universal logic, which must be constantly renewed through practice. In other words, subjectivation must go through the process of resubjectification and desubjectification. This study investigates this process with the frame of local narrative formation and subjectivation, and focuses on such cases as Gamcheon Cultural Village and Miryang transmission tower stopover for a concrete explication. The cultural village Gamcheon relocated its space on a competitive path towards "global tourist destination" with the support of village newspaper, literary texts, the media, the local and the central government, and even various social network services. However, as a space where commodity logic dominates, this relocated space of cultural village Gamcheon simultaneously had the risk of decontextualization long-cultivated social relationship in a spatial context different from the starting point. In the case of Miryang, opportunities to generate the locality of resistance was observed due to the construction of transmission tower. In particular, it was observed that there were significant points in the process of subjectivation to form spaces of solidarity with citizens of other areas beyond the certain space attribution of Miryang. Imagining a new ground for self-generation while questioning existing rugged boundaries in the process of local subjectivation is the very place where the locality narrative of "vitality" can be forecasted.
