Big Data is a technology that creates new value that can address the challenges and issues of the future society. There are introduced for Big Data are reviewed for troubleshooting issues in various fields.
The real estate market are related to all fields, including politics, economy, society and culture.
In order to solve a variety of real estate problems it must be analyzed in real-time massive data. Big Data of a real estate is growing for use cases and business models in the public and private sectors.
In this study, we analyzed the data accumulated by the big real estate portal Real Estate Gyeonggi Province. Based on the analysis results, Gyeonggi-do"s looking for real estate demand patterns, and to support the real estate policy of the custom demand.
Real estate data for big data analysis was utilized the actual real estate transaction volume, transaction price, the log data, and SNS data.
The data broken down by regional level is needed in order to analyze Gyeonggi-do real estate big data. In addition, for increase the utilization of Big Data in real estate policy it is important to build time-series data.
The usage model for real estate policy support and service through analysis study is proposed.
In the short term, it is necessary to advancement of the current Gyeonggi-do real estate portal in order to take advantage of operating the proposed model. To monitor the trading price trends and changes in the real estate market should be able to navigate the changes in the local housing market and to service.
In the long term, Gyeonggi-do real estate requires a platform that can take advantage of the real estate market information. Utilization of big data platform will be able to help present a new paradigm for realizing real estate policy.
In order to take advantage of Gyeonggi Real Estate big data should be established Real Estate Big Data governance.
