The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of complex training exercise intensity loading methods on isokinetic muscle function(knee joint). Research subjects were 12 college man students who major in physical education. They were divided into two types of experimental groups; group of the regular wave type loading method was strength and weakness of training intensity differently loading in single day and group of the plateau type loading method was training intensity uniformly loading in single day. Substance of muscle training was made up complex training of weight training and plyometric training. Observation variable was pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks test in four time, isokinetic muscle function(knee joint) test was maximum torque, average power, total work. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; Maximum torque variation was showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups by pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks test in right and left flexor · extensor of 60°/sec. Between group showed a statistically significant difference at left flexor · extensor. Interaction effect of the maximum torque was showed a statistically significant difference at right flexor and left flexor · extensor. Average power variation was showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups by pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks training in right and left flexor · extensor of 180°/sec. Between group was showed a statistically significant difference at right extensor. Interaction effect of the average power was showed a statistically significant difference at right and left flexor · extensor. Total work variation was showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups by pre, 4weeks, 8weeks, 12weeks in right and left flexor · extensor of 180°/sec. Between group was showed a statistically significant difference at right extensor. Interaction effect of the total work was showed a statistically significant difference at left flexor · extensor.
