The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among elderly employment system, flexible organizational culture and older worker’s employment rate. Using KRIVET(Korea Research Institute for Vocational Educational & Training)’s panel survey of 2013, this research estimates effects of elderly employment system and flexible organizational culture on older worker’s employment rate. The data was collected from 408 companies. The research was conducted by regression analysis using SPSS 22.
This research came to the conclusions to as follows: First, wage peak system, extension of retirement age, and elderly part-time work system had the positive effect on older worker’s employment rate. Second, flexible organizational culture had the positive effect on older worker’s employment rate. Third, interaction effect between wage peak system and flexible organizational culture had the positive effect on older worker’s employment rate. The finding suggests that this study confirms effects of elderly employment system and flexible organizational culture about the older worker’s employment.
