This study was to explore the relationship among the service failure, negative emotions and dissolution behaviors of the sports facilities. For this, sports facilities user in Jeollabukdo provinces were surveyed. Except for seventeen questionnaires, final 349 out of 363 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 21.0 and LISREL 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows.
First, the service failure of sports facilities are significant to negative emotions of sports facilities users. Second, the negative emotions of sports facilities users are significant to dissolution behaviors after use of sports facilities. Third, the service failure of sports facilities are significant to dissolution behaviors after use of sports facilities. Lastly, it is confirmed the negative emotions of sports facilities users is parameter that this study connected the service failure of sports facilities to dissolution behaviors after use of sports facilities.
