The purpose of this study was to provide basic data of sports club activities and recognitions of instructor’s types of creative activities in middle schools. Participants were selected from 50 different instructions among 10 middle schools in ‘S education office.’ Questionnaires, planning documents, and deep-interview papers were used to collect the data. Frequency analysis, inductive category analysis were applied. Triangulation and peer debriefing were used for trustworthiness. The results of this study showed that health and leisure areas in the actual conditions were higher than other areas. Second, professorship expertise of instructional types were different. Third, up to 70% of the schools taught them within the school areas. Fourth, increasing the times of creative activities were high in the sports class. Fifth, there were not enough places for teaching-learning in school. Therefore, the results of this study revealed that there were different recognitions by instructor’s types of creative activities, and we needed to operate effective school sports club activities in the middle school curriculum. In increasing the P.E. class time and professorship expertise, P.E. teachers and sports instructors should teach students in their school sports clubs.
