In this paper, I try to explain what made the huge refugees from two communist states and find the solution for the refugees’ problem which would be occurred in other communist state. Though the cause and size, dealing with refugees escaped from Czechoslovakia and Hungary were different, it will give us an opportunity to examine and predict the case in which the armed conflict would make huge tide of refugees from undemocratic state like the North Korea. In second part of this paper, I describe what caused huge refugees from Hungary in 1956 and Czechoslovakia in 1968. And in the third part of it, it is explained how the international organizations and western states had coped with them. In the forth part, I insist it’s a high time for us to discuss the possible problems which will be caused by huge refugees from the North Korea as a transit or a destination state.
