This test improvement is applied virtual Road Load Data correlated with physical PG sensor data at 8ch. test rig which is called suspension multi axial test. Up to now, there is no measuring method of acquiring the specific points of rear axle trailing arm area. Because of a constraint condition of CAE modeling, it is impossible to use the local specific points of individual component parts around rear axle. It is more important to be regenerated on individual component strain than 6 degree of freedom on rear wheel force center from a durability point view. Especially, it is more difficult to simulate suspension 8ch. test which is applied torsion beam type rear axle. In this paper, we focused to increase the reliability of 8ch. test according to the correlation between virtual and physical model and RLD about local stress in particular components. A physical RLD Sensor of rear are correlated with the CAE vehicle model at rear axle trailing arm about longitudinal and lateral direction between actual PG data and virtual PG data. Finally, test drive file are regenerated by the half car road simulator test with vRLDA which is correlated with actual sensor model.
