The purpose of this study is to closely examine what influence cooking education service quality has upon adult learners’ participation continuance intention targeting trainees who have taken a class in a cooking education program at a lifelong education center. As a result of the analysis, examining the effect of cooking education service quality on participation continuance intention can lead to predicting that the participation continuance intention would be higher in reliability, certainty, and tangibility, in that order. Out of the cooking education service quality (tangibility, certainty, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy), a positive response was shown to trust in educational facilities by educational institutions and in administrative staff by educational agencies, and to the certainty of training instructor’-s, educational contents. In conclusion, the tangibility, reliability, and certainty of the cooking education service quality in a lifelong education center can be considered to have a positive impact on adult learners’ participation continuance intention.
