This study is further from the traditional commercial district maintenance the range specified for the traditional market protection and enabling the existing 'within 1km', the traditional market, the actual guests that reflect a substantial range reaching up to the traditional markets. It has as its goal utilized as basic research and policy recommendations to improve the system so that you can achieve the purpose of preserving the traditional business of Distribution Industry Development Act by establishing a new tradition than rational existing commercial conservation areas. Existing methods only through the outer boundaries do not reflect the access point to set the preservation zones will not be reflected in the distribution of road traffic and the way of market access points and users of road traffic in the market. In this study, building a pedestrian road network based on the access point that you can access in the traditional market, and use them to utilize the services sphere of GIS network analysis. Based on this, derive a new alternative of "preserving the traditional commercial district Reset considering walking accessibility.
