The purpose of this study was to identify the experience of restaurant store in a complex shopping mall and to examine the influence of satisfaction and consumer happiness on the relationship continuance intention and to verify them through empirical analysis. The data collection was conducted from March 12, 2018 to March 23, 2018 and conducted by convenience sampling to consumers who have visited restaurant store in a complex shopping mall in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. A total of 220 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 211 valid copies of the data were used for the analysis, except for those who responded inappropriately or did not meet the study objectives. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that the think and relate experiences of the restaurant store in the complex shopping mall had more significant effect on satisfaction than the sense experience. Second, think and related experiences of the restaurant store in the complex shopping mall were found to have a more significant effect on consumer happiness than the sense experience. Third, consumer happiness has a more significant effect on continuance than satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to establish an empirical marketing strategy for a restaurant store in a complex shopping mall and to suggest various implications for a complex shopping mall that can be positioned as a new cultural space.
