In this study, in order to validate the effect of the frequency of exercise during 12weeks on the changes of estrogen, bone mass and Inflammatory in the elderly women, 30 elderly women at the age of 65 and older were selected and divided into CG, 3TEG and 5TEG, who were subjected to 12 weeks of exercise, and following conclusions have been obtained from the results of a statistical analysis of dependent variables. The changes in estrogen were analyzed and the results showed that there was no significant difference between before and after exercise in CG, where as there were increases with a significant difference between before and after exercise in 3TEG and 5TEG(p<.01), (p<.01). In addition, the changes in estrogen between the groups after 12 weeks were analyzed and the results showed a significant difference between the groups(p<.01). The changes in bone mass were analyzed and the results showed that there was no significant difference between before and after exercise in CG and 3TEG, where as there were increases with a significant difference between before and after exercise in 5TEG(p<.05). The changes in TNF-αwere analyzed and the results showed that there was no significant difference between before and after exercise in CG, where as there were with a significant difference between before and after exercise in 3TEG and 5TEG(p<.05), (p<.05). In addition, the changes in TNF-α between the groups after 12 weeks were analyzed and the results showed a significant difference between the groups(p<.05), and the results obtained from the post-verification demonstrated that they were lower in 5TEG than CG.
