The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between fitness factors and performance, which is the most general index of exercise performance of elite bowling athletes.The subjects of this study were selected for a total of 40 people every 20 people each male and female players as of middle and high school elite bowlers.The study measured the basic and physical strength of bowling players, calculated gender mean and standard deviations, and conducted a correlation between individual fitness factors and performance capabilities.Finally, multiple regression analysis was performed by setting the average score as a dependent variable and setting the various fitness factors as independent variables to determine the factors that affect bowling performance.There was a significant correlation between bowling performance and sitting height, 20m shuttle-run, grip strength, and back strength, sit-up, s, Sargent Jump, standing broad jump, side step, standing on one leg with eyes closed, Dynamic Balance, maximal anaerobic power, average power, knee flexion muscle power of Supporting leg, muscle endurance of knee extension, knee extension muscle endurance of Supporting leg, knee flexion muscle endurance of not Supporting leg, and knee flexion muscle endurance of Supporting leg. In addition, 20m short-disclarge, multI-run, and dynamic variables are used to predict the performance of bowling in the application of multiple regression analysis step selection method after performing a multI-translation analysis.These results suggest that a scientific kinetic study is needed to evaluate the dynamic balance and knee muscle function scientifically and to improve these variables in order to predict the performance of bowling and to apply effective scientific training.
