The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that are necessary for the social enterprise providing jobs and social service provision which is the original purpose pursued by the social enterprise and to examine what factors affect the performance of the social enterprise. The objective is to analyze the factors that are necessary for companies to be sustainable. As a result of the analysis, it is necessary to make efforts to strengthen managerial capacity of managers in order to increase social performance in the case of work integration social enterprises and to improve the business environment so that self - reliance can be made without relying on the support of government or local government.
