The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among job environment, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in F&B service employees of hotel company. For the purpose of this study, 200 survey questionnaires were distributed among the employees who are working for hotel company from 11th Feb, 2019 to 28th Feb, 2019. Due to the reliability of data, 5 samples were discarded and 195 samples were put to actual analysis. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed by using SPSS Ver. 21.0 statistics package. The results of the study are as follows. First, the job environment which are consist of human environment and welfare environment had significantly positive effects on job satisfaction. Second, the job environment which is consist of human environment had significantly positive effects on organizational commitment. Third, the job environment negatively affects on the turnover intention. Lastly, the job satisfaction and organizational commitment negatively affects on the turnover intention. This study shows that the establishment of the job environment suitable for the new flow is very important for the development of the hotel.
