This study aim to present a spatial analaysis of greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions in building sector using spatial big data in case of Seoul. We constructed fusion spatial big data by converging publicly notified individual land price data containg spatial properties with energy usage data by building, and thus calculated GHG emissions by plot. Using this data, spatial statistics analysis of Global Moran"s I, Local Moran"s I, and Getis-Ord G<SUB>i</SUB>* for spatial autocorrelation analysis was performed. As a result, both of them showed very strong clustered form in 2015 and 2017, and lots with high greenhouse gas emissions were clustered in each district of Seoul, and this tendency was analyzed to be highly occurred in 2017. According to the hotspot analysis, the number of hotspot in emissions increased form seven in 2015 to eleven in 2017. Based on these results, it will be possible to conduct micro-analysis of GHG emission sources and to find out the fundamental cause of emission and effective policy formulation and monitoring will be possible. To this end, it is necessary to continue research on various sources and factors fo GHG emission.
