Report Errors

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data about credible economic evaluation for disseminating passive house by 2017. The economic evaluation on this passive house study was performed through payback period for the heating energy cost saving and the construction cost increasing between passive apartment and existed apartment. To do reliable economic evaluation, we initialized the general apartment models applied energy efficiency design standards after 2001. we have done a comparative analysis heating energy demand, energy cost, and construction costs for each models. When we analyzed economic evaluation, we considered with influence of Bid-dropping in construction cost. As the results of analyzing departmental energy consumption characteristics for each models, it is assessed that the models applied design standards in 2001 and 2008 represent the insulation property of general apartments. In conclusion, the most realistic method for economic evaluation of passive house is reviewed that applying general Bid-dropping or bottom Bid-dropping based on general apartment models of design standards in 2001 and 2008.
